Returns

All pieces are well packed and must be signed for on delivery. Check the packaging for any damage before signing from the courier, if it is visibly damaged let the courier know before signing. If you find damage after signing, take photos of the packaging and the damaged artwork and email them to us immediately at admin@jendenise.com.au so we can arrange a replacement and advise the courier. Any claims of damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt and submitted with photographic evidence.

If prints aren’t the quality you were expecting, please email us with details and photos within 7 days of receiving the prints. We will offer discounts or replacements depending on what the issue is.
